Escaping The Matrix

. Posted in Silent Voices

Escaping the Matrix by Paula Wratten

We live in an illusionary world, a reality that has been created for us, most people have a limited world view created by the media, breaking free from the matrix is just a form of enlightenment or awakening, remembering your life purpose and understanding your connection to consciousness is one step to breaking free from the hologram we are confined within. Our thoughts limit us and keep us separate from our true potential, feed fear into the mix and it lowers your ability to trust your own intuition, fear is a low vibrational state and quite literally can freeze us into thinking we have little power over our lives or destiny.

It is much easier to just accept the status quo than to question it, the latter will throw you out of kilter and you begin to look at the world in a totally different way, you may find friends walk away from you because you no longer conform to the norm, you may get labelled crazy or a fool, this does not matter as it is all part of the ascension process.

We are all living in a vibrational soup; love, compassion and kindness all raise our vibration and help remove the amnesia about our soul purpose. The true illusion is that we are divided by colour, religion and race; these play out around the world as constructs to keep us believing we are separate and alone. The more you connect to your higher truth and awareness the more you transcend from the limitations of the lower vibration. Knowledge is a powerful tool, I am not talking about what we learn at school but the knowledge that comes from an understanding of who and what we are.

Working with higher frequencies will take you onto the next level of quantum theories, this allows many possibilities to open to you, or in other words synchronicity will happen more quickly because you have widened your consciousness and are not held back by the limited thought processes you have had all your life.

It is so sad to see children locked into playing computer games for hours on end, the brain is in a form of hypnotic state and the outside world ceases to exists, imagination no longer plays a part for such children as it is all done for them, take this one step further and as an adult this is exactly where you are at in any given moment in time, if you are not rushing to work, watching TV, worrying about what someone else is doing then you have little time for imagination or creating, and most of us will switch on the television and then switch off the mind and allow the television to do it all for us.

Which will you chose - Red Pill Blue Pill ?When we are truly awake we see things very differently and understand the nonsense and trivia that surrounds us every day, we allow ourselves to daydream, this is our strength, creating the world we want to live in rather than what has been designed for us.

So what will you choose the blue pill or the red pill?

Out of Body Experiences

. Posted in Silent Voices

Out of body experiences or NDEs are documented worldwide, people who have gone through this process often change their lives or have no fear of death.

Many people astral travel, this means that they can leave their body while asleep or through meditation, learning to astral travel safely means you have more control over your journey to other realms or dimensions, near death experiences occur when the body undergoes a trauma like an accident or surgery and the spiritual energy starts to depart, often there is a choice to continue to the light or return to the physical body.

Tens of thousands of documented cases and science still is not clear about what happens when we die, theories about a chemical release in the brain before death are often used by the scientific world as an explanation for this phenomenon, proof of the soul surviving after death is one of the greatest mysteries for mankind.

Accounts of NDEs vary from seeing a light being, family, friends or religious figure, although the experiences are different from person to person a common theme to NDEs are a sense of peace, no fear of death and in some cases a new spiritual awakening.

Not all NDEs have benign images, some people are overwhelmed by fear, confusion and being alone, when back in the body a profound change can be noticed by friends and family, cases where a difficult or distressing vision has taken place many have reported that after the darkness a beautiful light appeared and a feeling of euphoria took over. Life reviews or a second chance to put things right are common themes with NDEs, and nearly all state that they believe in life after death, many come back with healing or psychic abilities.

Children may have difficulty processing an NDE and may disconnect from their parents, often they feel deep empathy with animals and seem more sensitive than before. Parents of these children have reported activity in the home or around the child; children will talk of angels or deceased family members that are helping them.

If your child has been through and NDE it is important to get them to talk, write or draw what they seen, often the experience will leave the child with loss or sadness at leaving such a place and they are unable to express this to adults.

Some studies into the testimonies of NDEs in children suggest that many remember their life purpose and this activates the healing or psychic ability they came with. Supporting children or adults through a near death experience can be difficult as many find it hard to express in words what they have seen, keeping a journal will help the person understand his or her journey later on.

We are multi-dimensional beings and it does not matter what your belief is, we experience at death what we feel comfortable with, each one of us can choose to ascend to a different frequency even those that are trapped by the earth vibration have freewill to cross over.

We all want to live long and healthy lives and with scientific advances this will be possible, but with long life comes wisdom and we eventually will want to move on from the carbon body and gain clarity and insight from a crystalline body, as humans we need to experience and understand all forms of existence, we will know that the human form must evolve and eventually go home to source.

Mainstream Science

. Posted in Silent Voices

Mainstream science would have us believe that we are flesh, blood and bone, and we are told that this is all that makes us human, without the existence of a soul. Scientists are divided in opinion about consciousness.

The great debate goes on about the existence of a soul, and even with the thousands of OBEs (out of body) accounts and testimonies we still doubt that we are more than just physical.

When a scientist experiments on an animal and looks into the very eyes of that being, he may see the very soul of that animal, its fear, trust or something beyond the tangible, but his scientific mind has not expanded his consciousness enough to allow him to feel empathy towards his experiment as he only sees the physical and not the spiritual. When he eventually allows his mind to break free from the illusion of what he is trying to achieve and understands that all life is connected, the pain and suffering will stop, but this takes a leap of faith in the unknown, something the scientific world is divided on at this present time.

The soul is seen by mainstream science as not worthy of investigating, this is nonsense as time and time again this theory is challenged. What we have discovered is that energy cannot be destroyed it just takes on other forms, this is in its most simplistic terms. If we take the human body as a vibrating energy field, is it too much to believe that when the body dies the energy of that being continues as other forms of vibration. When we turn off the TV or radio the frequency waves still continue and we live in a soup of vibrating energy that surrounds our world, so it is feasible that the soul continues in a vibrational field, in a dimension that has not been proven by science at this present time.

If you tackle the existence of the soul from a spiritual viewpoint then you see the soul living within the body as if it were wearing a spacesuit, the suit is nothing without the occupier or soul in this example. Take this theory to another level; if the soul exits the physical at the time of death all that is left is a shell, then cryogenics could only work if the body was frozen pre- death or in a form of stasis, this would keep the soul connected to the body like in a case of being in a coma. If the body is frozen after death and the spirit or soul has now left its vehicle, when the body was reanimated what would return to the body? Maybe some dark ritual to bring back the soul, the mind boggles.

From the earliest civilisations a belief in the existence of the soul has dominated the way we bury and respect the dead, science may at some point explain the soul but somehow I feel it will not be for the benefit of human kind, more to manipulate than for the greater good, let us hope it is the latter.

Healing the Hidden Enemy

. Posted in Silent Voices

Cancer is embedded deep in human consciousness, it is estimated that 8 million people worldwide die of the disease each year, the word cancer can strike deep into our psyche and play on our fears of the illness and the cures. Until recently being diagnosed with cancer was normally terminal for the patient as the medical profession was still at a loss to know how to keep the disease under control. Cancer starts when the cells start to grow out of control all cancers start this way and the cells become abnormal, in most cases the body will produce a tumour, in leukaemia it will develop in the blood. There is another school of thought it suggests that cancer is a fungus caused by Candida which is thought to be a yeast like substance in the body. A healthy body starts with a good diet, to keep the body well your diet should consist of 60% alkaline food and 40% acid forming, in today’s society we consume far too much refined sugars and processed food, with aspartame being the most toxic to the body, Some examples of alkaline food are mushrooms, watercress, tomatoes and garlic. It is worth investigating this school of thought and the internet has some great articles about this subject.

Although billions of pounds are poured into research to help find a cure we still use chemotherapy which is an invasive method of attempting to kill the cancer cells. Chemotherapy destroys the cancer but also has a devastating effect on the immune system. What we are given is in actual fact a poison to our body, the pharmaceutical companies make billions of pounds from the drugs.

Many people are waking up to the idea that there may be other alternatives to the problem, holistic practitioners know the connection between mind and body, many people change to a macrobiotic diet this allows the body to become more alkaline as cancer cannot survive in those conditions.

I have included below a brief synopsis written by one of my clients the day she received the news about having cancer and how she decided to take control of her situation, with the help of medical, healer, holistic and spiritual she is now clear of Cancer……..

Whilst attending an ultrasound appointment to look at what I thought was a breast cyst (I already had a few) I was told I needed a biopsy because the lump looked ‘suspicious’. I’d decided to go to the appointment on my own so was given the option to wait until my husband could attend, but decided to go ahead, although I was extremely distressed.  A few days later it was confirmed, despite me quietly hoping otherwise that it was a cancer. My husband was with me but said nothing as the specialist gave me the diagnosis of a fairly rare, aggressive breast cancer.

I went into a kind of short but intense shock as I was told, forgetting to breathe for a few moments. After feeling like I was going to faint and putting my head between my knees I suddenly experienced an enormous surge of strength and went into an almost business-like state, taking control of the appointment. I remember walking over to an examination bed which made me physically higher that my husband and the doctor, sitting down on it and starting to direct proceedings.

After I left the hospital I went home and phoned everyone I knew, going into a sort of trance as I had the same conversation over and over. I spent the next week or so talking virtually all day every day, releasing the stress as I went. Although without a conscious plan, I was assembling a ‘team’, a homeopath, healer, best buddy, surgeon and several extra mums. I had a sense that somehow this experience had a purpose and a positive side and I lurched from intense feelings of panic and terror to inspiration and optimism until the fear reduced.

There are some brilliant and brave people in the world working and challenging the norm to bring cures for this disease, as statistics show by the year 2030 it is set to rise to twelve million worldwide. There are some amazing books on the market about this subject and they are well worth reading.

Diet, Toxins and the Body

. Posted in Silent Voices

Our diet today consists of refined sugars, processed meats and chemicals, this in turn puts a heavy burden on our bodies and organs, as obesity and diabetes are on the increase it would seem although we live longer than our ancestors, we are certainly not as healthy.

We overload our immune system from an early age, we are given vaccinations that can have serious implications throughout our lives, recently there have been concerns over mercury added to these products that have damaged babies and caused brain damage. We are giving our children toxins and poisons in food and drugs.

From an early age our bodies are pumped full of drugs and over time with poor diet and lifestyle it can have a detrimental effect on our already weakened immune system. There are many arguments at present about the safety of vaccinations and there may be valid arguments for and against.

A Virus normally will enter the body through the mouth or nose, this gives the body time to react and send antibodies to help fight the disease, and this is nature’s way of building up immunity to the enemy that is attacking the body.

We no longer live health lives, everyday most of us are subjected to pollution, E numbers, aspartame, msg and various toxins the human body has to clear and it is a huge job for the liver and kidneys and in a weakened immune system the results can be devastating. It is not surprising that our body crashes under such pressure, more and more people are complaining about not feeling well and some will also add anti-depressants in the mix.

So let us take a look at some of the toxins we add to our diet everyday….

Aspartame is made from genetically modified organisms and is said to be one of man’s biggest health hazards. The uses for this chemical are widespread and can be found in soft drinks, yogurts, sweets, canned soups, baby food and many more food products worldwide, it has been linked to cancer, migraine, obesity, infertility and dementia. With so many products containing aspartame it may seem difficult to avoid, the answer is to use natural alternatives like palm sugar, read the labels carefully and shop wisely. If you see something labelled no Sugar Added, Low Sugar, or Sugar-Free then it will normally contain artificial sweeteners.

Our bodies need to take us through to old age, it is better to get through this life feeling healthy because you have made choices to help that process, than pumped full of drugs, that’s not my idea of living, a healthy life style starts at home, common sense should prevail, eating crisps and refined foods and takeaways will in time take its toll.

One group of people who are happy and healthy are the Amish community in America, they eat the food they have grown, drink non treated milk and work the land, and they are one of the healthiest communities in America. Statistics also show a 72% less cancer rate than the average norm in these people. Maybe we should look to the Amish for a healthier way of life; it is never too late to change our eating habits and way of thinking, we owe it to ourselves to have a long and healthy life!
