Signatures CD

How the CD Works...

Each piece of music has been written to clear specific energy from your chakra system, the frequency of each signature music will vibrate with the chosen energy vortex on the body. The best way to listen to the cd is through headphones but not a necessary requirement.

Step 1 -  Sit comfortably with your feet touching the floor

Step 2 -  As you listen to the music feel and connect with each piece.

Step 3 -  Allow your mind and body to relax and flow with each signature.

Step 4 -  Make a mental note of how the music resonates with your body ie, sad, happy, excited, calm etc.

When you have finished listening sit for a moment to ground your energy ,you can do this by imagining your feet rooted into the earth.

Make a note of how you felt.

Do you feel more relaxed or elated?

Did any of the signature pieces vibrate with you, ie heart, head, stomach?

By reguarly listening to the cd the chakra system will become balanced and unblocked.
