I am often called out to these locations to clear the energy or enterties that may have been disrupted during building, in China they employ Feng Shui consultants or dowsers before building banks, hospitals or homes, they are very aware of the energy of the earth and these lines are called ley lines, dragon lines or geopathic stress, building on burial ground or places of conflict an example would be where a battle took place would be considered not auspicious.

As councils sell more of these places to developers we are seeing an increase in paranormal activity, there is a place in susssex where the builders refused to continue work until the place was exorcised as many of the workers were seeing and hearing children running around the site.

Some roads have the same energy and you may know of places where accidents seem to happen weekly, and as more and more fatalities happen the more the collective energy builds attracting the same accidents on that stretch of road.

I was stopped on one such occasion much to the annoyance of my passengers, on the side of the road leaning up against a lamppost was a young man, he was about 17 years old, I asked if I could help him he said he was waiting for his mum but couldn't remember why he was there in the first place, he told me a few things and that his name was Andy, I helped him cross over that day and the feeling of sadness stayed with me for hours.

Weeks passed and I was asked to do a reading for a lady in the area I had seen Andy. During the reading it transpired she had lost her son in a motorbike accident, the young man at the side of the road was her son, I was able to pass on specific messages he had given me and give closure to this mother, I feel Andy was working hard to bring his mother and I together.
