The Haunted Wardrobe

I have investigated many haunted homes but this one was very interesting, I was asked to visit a house in the midlands, the house itself was very impressive and dated back to the 16th century, you could just imagine horse and carriages in the court yard, so you would expect it to be haunted, I walked around the house and as it was on three levels it took quite some time to go and look at all the rooms, one thing that struck me was the absence of energy as if the house was neutral to all that had been before, I reached one of the guests bedrooms and immediately felt uncomfortable as if I had walked into an argument, standing in the corner was a rather angry and confused old man, he was about seventy years old to look at and in a casual modern clothes, I was not expecting to see a modern ghost in such an old house so it rather took me by surprise, what follows was the dialogue between the man and myself as i heard it and written down by my friend who was helping me that day.

Man..... who are you?

Paula....I am Paula, what's your name

Man.....That's none of your business

Paula......What are you doing here

Man........Trying to find my paperwork

Paula.......What paperwork are you looking for

Man..........My papers, I put them in the wardrobe, they have gone

This went on for a while and I was getting nowhere. I went back down to speak to my client and told her what had just happened, she explained that she had bought the wardrobe recently and that's when things had started to happen, her daughter would not sleep in the bedroom as she had seen him by her bed.

My friend and I went back to the bedroom and I spoke to this gentleman, he was determined to find these papers so I told him he would find what he was looking for in the light, he did not believe me at first but after a while because he was so desperate to find these papers I finally convinced him to go.

Although I had cleared his energy i advised her to get rid of the wardrobe spirits can become very attached to certain items and when they die can often stay with the things that mean something to them, we came to the conclusion that he had hidden some papers in the wardrobe but when he had died maybe a relative had removed them, but because he had attached so much importance to them it had prevented him from passing over.
